In 2022 Noah started to meet once a month with his father, Simon, to record how his work emerges. They met at 7am at Beaumont Quay, Essex, filming in the landscape from which Simon draws and then later in the studio, back in Frinton. They set up the cameras each day and left them running, observing Simon’s working practice and the digressions of studio life.
